If your application is already integrated with Enterprise AuthenticationAuthentication Verifying the identity of a user, process, or device, often as a prerequisite to allowing access to a system’s resources., it may be challenging to determine if you need to submit a New Integration Request or an Integration Change Request. Here are some example use cases and the correct path to follow:

|Alert the IAM Team to a change in your encryption or signing certificates||Add a new application from the same vendor (e.g., you have an existing integration with Jira and now want to integrate Confluence)|
|Notify the IAM Team of a change in your static metadata||Add a new entity id which is not a new environment for an existing integration.|
|Request that your integration be decommissioned/retired|
|Request the release of additional attributes|
