On Saturday, June 27, 2026 the IAMIAM Identity and Access Management (IAM) is a set of policies, processes, and technologies designed to ensure that the right individuals (identities) have the right access to resources within an organization. IAM involves managing and securing digital identities, controlling access to systems and data, and maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information. Team released version 2026.2.1 and 2026.2.1.1 of the uTexas Identity Manager (TIMTIM The uTexas Identity Manager (TIM) is the University’s identity manager. See uTexas Identity Manager (TIM) in the service catalog for more information.) which implemented the following as part of the IGAIGA Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) refers to a set of processes and technologies used by organizations to manage and control user access to resources and information within their systems. Modernization:

  • Added a safeguard for the PNA notifier that throws a clean and handled error instead of crashing.
  • Changed the transaction limit in NotifierAAD.java to 600.

Release Notes – midPoint – Release 2026.2.4

On Friday, June 26, 2026 the IAMIAM Identity and Access Management (IAM) is a set of policies, processes, and technologies designed to ensure that the right individuals (identities) have the right access to resources within an organization. IAM involves managing and securing digital identities, controlling access to systems and data, and maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information. Team released version 2026.2.4 of midPoint, implementing the following changes:

  • Added the uTexas Identity Management connector and is now live.
  • Changed the Workday People Reconciliation to run daily.
  • Daily Workday files are now retained for 30 days.
  • First of the month Workday full files are retained for 3 years.
  • Introduced a 48 hour delete delay for EIDsUT EID The University of Texas Electronic Identity (UT EID or EID) is the public records identifier for principals at the university. See our Concepts page for more information. that no longer appear on the Workday full file.
  • Added EIDUT EID The University of Texas Electronic Identity (UT EID or EID) is the public records identifier for principals at the university. See our Concepts page for more information. System of Record refresh capabilities from midPoint.
  • MidPoint repo has been added to Claude.md.
  • Updated the midPoint/Grouper settings for Cloudwatch to point to shadows instead of assignments.
  • Added a daily purge task AWS lambda to purge UT System files.
  • Github action task created to assist with manually running the Workday People and Workday SupOrgs AWS lambda’s.
  • Updated the midPoint Minimum Test Checklist automated tests.

  • Introduced new integrations to support enterprise services.
  • Enhanced OIDCOIDC OpenID Connect 1.0 (OIDC) is an authentication layer built on OAuth 2.0 where the identity provider that runs the authorization server also holds the protected resource that the third-party application aims to access. configuration to include additional attributes and support logout functionality.
  • Released attributes for multiple enterprise services.
  • Updated attribute configurations to improve compatibility and alignment with system standards.
  • Transitioned to single attribute encodings for specific integrations.
  • Updated relying party configurations to support new requirements.
  • Enhanced token endpoint authentication methods for improved compatibility.
  • Added an image deployment pipeline to streamline updates.
  • Improved deployment processes with additional templates and notifications.
  • Implemented precheck processes to enhance service readiness.
  • Reinstated key service banners to meet compliance requirements.
  • Retired outdated configurations and features.
